Welcome to Nadezda Poghosian's esthetician services ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a service or purchasing products through our studio at 24810 Washington Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided

3. Booking and Payment
Appointments: Clients must book appointments through our website, by email at nadia@juventasstudio.com, or in person.
Payment: We accept payment by cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle at the time of service.
Appointment Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointments without any charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. To cancel, clients must contact us directly through the provided contact channels.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or if a client fails to show up for their appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee is necessary to compensate for the reserved time that could have been allocated to other clients. The fee amount will be communicated during the appointment scheduling process and in appointment confirmation notifications.
4. Client Responsibilities
Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.
Age Requirements: Clients must meet the legal age requirement for esthetician services in California. [Note: For most services, clients under 18 may require parental consent, but please confirm with local regulations.]
